We will try, to offer a substitute which may affect then the price payable. You may reject any substitute product and we will refund the amount you have been charged for that substitute.

All intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including photographs) are owned by us. The name “Caribbean Flava”, is our Intellectual Property and you must not reproduce or store any Intellectual Property right to which this section refers or include it in any retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

5. DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form and in the event that no-one is available to accept delivery, or in the absence of reasonable special instructions, deliveries will be returned to the depot, and remain chargeable to you, the customer.

We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule entirely from time to time.
Our minimum order level is £25.00 of goods, with free delivery on any order over £50.00. Delivery is charged at £6.00 per order under £50.00 of goods.

6. DISCLAIMER
While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or up to date. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the Products and prices described in it, at any time without notice

7. INDEMNITY
