Patties ...

Patties are the Caribbean’s answer to the Cornish Pasty, with a little extra oomph! Based on the original Jamaican Patty recipe, our light, seasoned pastry envelopes a very generous helping of a chicken, beef, lamb or vegetarian filling, plus sweet potato, carrot and spring onion. Each filling has been seasoned with a different range of herbs and spices for a premium quality product of which we are immensely proud!
