RUNDOWN CHICKEN The “Rundown” technique blends coconut with a range of herbs and spices to produce a smooth flavour. We cook chicken breast in this sauce for a popular family dish that ends with a slight nip. CREOLE (JERK) MEATBALLS Ground beef, marinated in our own jerk seasoning and formed into small meatballs. Served in a warm sweet, peppery tomato salsa. CURRY MUTTON Our own blended Masala provides a rich, intense marinade for this dish.
