Caribbean cuisine hails from an eclectic mix of foods and styles. Combining the cooking of African, Spanish, Portuguese, British, East Indian and Chinese ancestry with the foods naturally available from lands lying in the sparkling blue waters which flow past Cuba and on past many islands to Trinidad, off the coast of Venezuela.

Since our food range has no artificial preservatives, is made with fresh ingredients and our own, home made seasonings, to retain the food quality and lifespan the ready meal range is frozen soon after cooking.
